I will be taking my training very seriously. Already I play 5-a-side football once and karate twice a week. I thought of a strict training schedule consisting of:
- Diet
- Gym
- Tennis
- White water rafting
- Bungee jumping
- And scuba diving
Though possibly just a few practice walks in the Peak District starting January would be just as good! I have to say though, I maybe able to compete on fitness levels with these guys, however I will not be able to compete on the number of alcoholic units consumed within the weekend.
